By enabling the local cultivation of fruit and vegetables in indoor farming environments we want to help lowering the greenhouse gas emissions and food waste created by food chain processes, reduce the water usage and enable a cultivation that is free from pesticides.
HOW WE WORK
Organifarms was founded in 2020 by Marian Bolz, Dominik Feiden, Hannah Brown and Mario Schäfer. Driven by the idea of a more sustainable version of the agriculture we see today, they started their mission to improve work conditions and product quality.
A year later, the first prototype of Berry was born.
Today, Organifarms consists of a team of 10 people who work in development, sales, communication and finance.
We are convinced, that each job and field of work is worth the same and contributes to the successful achievement of our mission.
We succeed and fail together. We know, that every team member contributes to the fulfilling of our mission. Thus, we highly value personal initiative, motivation and new ideas.
No matter the field of work, we update each other on the latest developments and what everybody is currently working on. In regular team meetings, dinners and events, we learn and grow together and stay in touch.
HOW DO YOU WANT TO WORK?
As a young and dynamic team, we are open to different work models: Want to work from the café on Monday or have a kid at home? No problem.
Rather come to the office on Wednesday? Come in! We offer a modern and spacious office and workshop in Constance, where your desk awaits you.
Joint lunches, dinners or coffee breaks are on the agenda as well as keeping in touch about or latest projects.

You send us your application via email to email@example.com
and we will answer you shortly - mostly within one week of time.
In a first interview, we get to know each other a little. In brief interview, you virtually get to know your department and the company. The second interview takes place in our office, where you meet the team and usually work on an exemplary problem or task with the head of your prospective department.
When everything fits, you'll be invited for one last talk about the contract. Here, we explain the details of our modular salary model and further contract details.
ONBOARDING & FIRST DAY
Good onboarding is the best start into your new job. On your first day, you will be onboarded by the team and introduced into the processes of working at Organifarms.
